It did what it was advertised to do. I bought this vacuum for my apartment in NYC with two additional roommates. I have wood floors all through the residence. And I found that this vacuum is a bit too much for it. I learned that this kind of vacuum is superb for carpets and rugs. It still did its job well on uncovered floors. All the machinery worked well, and the attachments are pretty practical.

The Bissell 35766 CleanView II Plus Upright Bagless Vacuum Cleaner is a great vacuum and I suggest it to those who have carpeted apartments. For those of us with wood floors or in a roommate situation, this is not the best vacuum to have. In fact it’s best to avoid bag-less vacuums. If that’s the case, go for the more conventional bag vacuum, you can all (roommates) divide the price for the bags.”
