My Bissell 71Y7 review: For the price, I think the Bissell 71Y7 is one of the best vacuums you’ll find. It’s very hard to beat the $39 price tag, and to my astonishment it actually works pretty well. The suction is very good - not a Dyson, but still good. It works great on most floors, although it tends to suck up carpet if it’s too long. Also, it has a harder time picking up crumbs and smaller pieces of dirt on bare floors - but that’s pretty common problem for a lot of vacuums.

I’ve read a few Bissell 71Y7 reviews and most are very positive about this vacuum. The fact that it’s a bagged model is also nice. There seem to be fewer and fewer of those types these days. While I wouldn’t say that the 71Y7 is without faults, I would still give this vacuum cleaner a 4/5 star rating because of the amazingly low price.
