My short Bissell ProLite review: At just $150, the Bissell ProLite vacuum cleaner is a bargain. The 12 amp motor gives it sufficient suction for even the thickest carpets. The vacuum is fairly lightweight, but I probably wouldn’t want to carry it up and down stairs too much. The long cord and useful attachments are definitely a bonus with this model. I also must admit, it seems a lot more stylish than competitor vacuums or even other Bissell models. Oh, and the canister is very easy to empty, without being to messy.

There is not that much I found wrong with the Bissell ProLite vacuum. One possible problem might be the durability of this machine. I don’t think it will break, but the build quality on this vacuum is a little sub-par (although, the overall look of the vacuum is quite nice!). Also, like I mentioned earlier - the Bissell ProLite is lightweight, but probably not as lightweight as they suggest. Lastly, it can be a little hard to push on thick carpet. Overall though, I would give this vacuum cleaner a 4/5 star rating.
