Here’s my Dirt Devil Dynamite Quick Vac review: I wouldn’t call the Dirt Devil Dynamite Quick Vac a full upright vacuum, nor would I call it a stick vacuum – it’s somewhere in between. This can actually come in handy if you are looking for a cheaper and smaller alternative to a full upright, without sacrificing too much on suction power. The Dynamite is on sale for just $30 online, so you can hardly go wrong with that price.
As I mentioned before, the Dirt Devil Dynamite Quick Vac has very good suction for a smaller machine. Also, it’s small size allows you to get into areas you may not be able to with a larger vacuum cleaner. It weighs just 9 lbs, so it’s no problem pushing around. I think it would work wonderfully for small houses, apartments & even dorm rooms.
There are always a few things I wish I could change about any vacuum. Here are a couple things I don’t like about this model: it doesn’t come with any attachments (although you can buy them from Dirt Devil’s website), it’s pretty loud, and it feels a little cheap – especially the paint. But hey, you can’t expect a perfect vacuum for $30. Actually, at that price you would expect a whole lot more complaints. I think the Dirt Devil Dynamite Quick Vac is a steal at the price they are offering it at.
A vacuum review of the Dirt Devil Kurv 0216CHL vacuum cleaner says: “The Dirt Devil Kurv vacuum cleaner is more for looks than anything. It has a good looking curve design, which is so good that I don’t mind leaving it out when company comes over. Since it is a cordless unit, the batteries don’t last that long. In fact, I’m lucky to get 20 minutes out of it at a time. This only allows me to clean up a couple rooms before it needs to be recharged. The suction is actually decent, so it’s not all bad performance-wise. The only way it does a good job with the suction is if you hold it level with the ground. If it’s tilted at all, the suction is terrible. I think this is why so many people complain about the suction power.
Other vacuum cleaner reviews I’ve read complain about the fan on the machine, saying it blows around the dust you are trying to vacuum up. I haven’t really had this problem, but I still don’t think it is a good design. I wouldn’t say the Dirt Devil Kurv is great, but it’s not horrible either. And, if you are wanting a vacuum that looks nice, this is the one.”
A vacuum review of the Dirt Devil i M130000 vacuum cleaner states: “The Dirt Devil i upright vacuum cleaner is the best DD I’ve ever owned. They’ve done an exceptional job with the look of this unit. It’s so sleek and stylish, everyone asks about it when they come over. This vacuum does a lot more than just look good though. The on/off switch for the roller brush is very useful, especially if you have bare floors and carpet to clean (both of which it does a great job at, by the way). The suction is really powerful, and the transfers well to the hand tools.
I have loved bagless vacuums ever since Dyson came out with theirs, and I think this new unit from Dirt Devil does just as good a job as most high-end machines. The Dirt Devil i upright vacuum cleaner’s dirt canister is so easy to change, and the filters are easy to clean and wash as well. The only thing I would change is the hose length. It’s just a tad too short for me. I’ve read some vacuum ratings where they complain about the price. It’s a little more than your “average” vacuum, but there’s a reason for that – it’s better than most. I definitely recommend it.”
A vacuum review of the Dirt Devil Vision 082660 says: “The Dirt Devil Vision canister vacuum cleaner is great for the money. The suction is fine, it reaches tight places, comes with a few good attachments and the canister is easy to empty. While it seems fine on bare floors, it could do better on carpets (although it does a fine job on area rugs). The main problem with carpets is how hard it is to push over thicker carpet. Also, I like that it’s pretty light compared to other vacuums I’ve owned.
One thing I don’t like about the Dirt Devil Vision canister vacuum is how plasticky it feels. I guess it’s not supposed to be a higher end model or anything, so it’s what you have to expect. I suspect this vacuum would be best for people who have bare or hardwood floors and not much carpet. Also, it’s great if you can’t afford a higher end vacuum quite yet.”
A user’s Dirt Devil Kone cordless hand vacuum cleaner review says: “The Dirt Devil Kone cordless hand vacuum cleaner is not the best machine I’ve ever had, but it does get a lot of style points. When people see it, they always want to check it out and see how it works. It does do an OK job at picking up the smaller peices of dirt, crumbs, play dough, etc. – so I’ll give it that. What I don’t really like about it is that it slips out of the hand pretty easily. The cone shape of the vacuum looks cool, but is not really that practical. If you want something that you can keep close by for smaller clean-up jobs (and you can even leave it out in plain view, people love it), the Dirt Devil Kone cordless hand vacuum cleaner is worth buying. And quite honestly, it’s not very expensive either.”
A user reviews the Dirt Devil KRUZ 0313SLV Cordless Floor Cleaner: “The Dirt Devil KRUZ 0313SLV Cordless Floor Cleaner works great at what it’s meant for – light daily cleanings. It has a charger base, so when you’re not using it, it’ll be charging up for the next time you use it. Of course, being a cordless vacuum has it’s benefits and it’s also very light weight. It’s actually pretty fun to run it across the floor, since it glides so easily. Also, the cleaner is simple to clean – you just push a button it it snaps right out.
I do wish it could clean carpet, but it’s just not built for that. It doesn’t pick up any big or slightly heavy items, such as twigs. Also, it would have been nice to have a slightly bigger dirt canister. I really can’t complain too much though, the Dirt Devil KRUZ 0313SLV Cordless Floor Cleaner does exactly what they advertise it to do (and a good job at that).”
A user Dirt Devil M0914 Extreme Power Handheld Vacuum Cleaner Review says: “The Dirt Devil M0914 Extreme Power Handheld Vacuum Cleaner has been a good deal for us. I utilize it only for crumbs, a little cat hair in the carpets or sofas, and some light clean up between vacuuming. This small appliance works great for all that. The home looks better, I have to get the large vacuum out less frequently (one time a week instead of two) and stuff is much tidier. In addition, I love how simple it is to clean up. The Dirt Devil M0914 Extreme Power Handheld Vacuum Cleaner was unquestionably a very excellent purchase.”
A user reviews the Dirt Devil 082700 Vision Turbo Canister Vacuum Cleaner: “The Dirt Devil 082700 Vision Turbo Canister Vacuum Cleaner is excellent on the hardwood and tile floors, but it is not the greatest on the carpet. The suction is great and easily adjusted from the handle. It is easy to dump the dirt from the bagless collection area. It is a little small, so if fills up fast. The only other issue I have with the Dirt Devil 082700 Vision Turbo Canister Vacuum is that the cord is very short – so you have to keep replugging it in all over the house. Otherwise, a very lightweight, nicely designed vacuum. I am very pleased with it.”
A user reviews the Dirt Devil M0100 Classic Handheld Vacuum Cleaner: “The Dirt Devil M0100 Classic Handheld Vacuum Cleaner is great! I read the reviews here and others were complaining about some of the other models. This hand vac has a belt and the belt can be replaced. The owner of the vac shop told me the difference between the models that are receiving the complaints here and the Classic 0100 that I bought today is that the others are air driven and mine is belt driven and that’s why the other models’ brushes stop moving when you touch the Dirt Devil M0100 Classic Handheld Vacuum Cleaner to either your upholstered furniture or your carpet. Buy a belt driven model and not an air driven one. You won’t be sorry. You may pay more but it will be worth it.”
A user reviews the Dirt Devil 08220 Scorpion Quick Flip Vacuum Cleaner: “The Dirt Devil 08220 Scorpion Quick Flip Vacuum Cleaner makes short work of cleaning, and carried by shoulder strap while using hose allows cleaning of most areas easily, and rarely is the crevice tool really needed. Its very good for cleaning tight places, especially cars. Cleaning a non-disposable dust bin is a mess with any vac, but can be done with less mess by pre-covering the filter with a sheet of kleenex before each run, then mopping up when needed with a disposable lint roller. Constructed of good quality plastic, the Dirt Devil 08220 Scorpion Quick Flip Vacuum Cleaner is well worth its $20.”
A user reviews the Dirt Devil 083414 Extreme Power Stick Vacuum Cleaner: “The Dirt Devil 083414 Extreme Power Stick Vacuum Cleaner does the whole house, is light and does the job. Having just put tile throughout the house, and living with 3 dogs and 2 cats, I hated hauling out our other heavy vacuum and plugging it in. And then unplugging and plugging again and again all the while dragging it around the house. I would heartily recommend the Dirt Devil 083414 Extreme Power Stick Vacuum Cleaner because of it’s ease of use, lack of weight and powerful suction.
The only complaint I could possibly have is that the dirt cup is quite small and has to be emptied frequently. This, of course, would vary depending on how much animal hair accumulates on ones floor.”
A user reviews the Dirt Devil 082500 Breeze Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner: “The Dirt Devil 082500 Breeze Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner is the best vacuum I’ve had yet for hard wood floors. I have 1 child, 2 cats ,a dog and a bird and it literally was a breeze on all of their mess, such as candy wrappers, hair, cat litter and seeds. We have a large townhouse and I could do the first-floor and steps without having to replug somewhere else. The dirt canister is larger than I thought it would be and the suction was great! It’s also very easy to clean. The Dirt Devil 082500 Breeze Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner is lightweight and easy to handle and the micro-fresh filter only needs to be replaced 2 times a year – (Now that makes me breathe easy). The only thing I can come up with that I would change on this vacuum is that it does not have a retractable cord.”
