The Electrolux UltraSilencer vacuum is a stylish canister model with, you guessed it, special silencing technology. In this review of the Electrolux UltraSilencer, well take a look at this vacuum cleaner’s best and worst assets. First, we’ll start off with the best features found on this model: HEPA filter, 20 ft cord length, automatic cord rewind, telescoping wand, special noise-reducing technology, full size turbo nozzle, a couple attachments for the wand, and it’s very powerful as well. The large wheels on the canister make it easy to tow around. I mentioned before how stylish this this vacuum is, but it’s great that this model is both stylish and very functional as well. And yes, this is one of the quietest model’s you’ll every find.
Now, I’ll go over any potential negative aspects of the Electrolux UltraSilencer vacuum. The consensus amongst users seems to be that this model is not that great on carpet – it does much better on bare floors. The suction power isn’t the problem, it’s the configuration of the head that doesn’t allow it to sweep on carpets very well. The bags and filters tend to be pretty pricey as well. Other than those couple issues, I think the Electrolux UltraSilencer is an awesome vacuum cleaner. However, I can only give it 4 / 5 stars, because of the poor suction on carpets.
