A Eureka 439AZ Optima Pet Lover vacuum review states: “The Eureka 439AZ Optima vacuum cleaner does a pretty good job at picking up pet hair - which is what it’s supposed to do, I guess. I wouldn’t say it’s the best suction I’ve ever seen, but it does do a good job for being a smaller, lightweight vacuum. It does surprisingly well on bare floors as well as carpet.

Cleaning out the filter is the worst thing about this vacuum cleaner. Pet hair gets tangled up pretty good in there. Basically, you have to pull it out by hand, which is sort of nasty. Also, the roller seems to pick up a lot of hair and string. Again, you have to pull it off with your hands. Honestly, I think this vacuum could use some improvements, but for the price the Eureka 439AZ Optima Pet Lover is still a bargain.”
