I can’t get over the auto carpet height adjuster, it’s such a neat feature. I really only like quality built vacuums, and this is definitely one of them. It really light, yet feels very sturdy in the hands. You can tell the difference if you pick up one of the cheaper competitor vacuums. The canister works great for all upholstery, couch and other tight places.

Although I can’t say enough positive about this vacuum cleaner, I also have a couple things I don’t really like. First is the price. It’s pretty expensive (but still worth it), at around $400. Next is that it doesn’t have an on-off switch for the brush roller. This is fine if you have only carpets, but if you have some bare floors, it can get annoying. Lastly are the bags. They aren’t exactly cheap, at around $5 a pop. All that aside, I haven’t had a vacuum I love this much - ever. The Hoover Platinum lightweight bagged upright canister vacuum cleaner is definitely recommendable.”
