The LG Kompressor Plus vacuum is a bagless upright model with a lot of style. It gets it’s name from the way it compresses dust together, so you don’t have to empty the container nearly as much. In this review of the LG Kompressor Plus vacuum cleaner, I’ll be going over some of it’s best and worst features to decide if it’s worth the $400 price tag. First off, here’s a rundown of the great features you’ll find on this model: a very wide suction area, a click ‘n go attachment wand, crevice tool, upholstery tool, pet hair turbine tool, vertical cyclone technology, HEPA filter, large dust bin, a super-long 40 ft power cord, and wand power controls so you don’t have to go back to the base. I also love the fact that it’s certified by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America – meaning, it passed their tests for removing dust particles, etc.
Now, onto the negative aspects of the LG Kompressor Plus vacuum. The fact that this model weighs 22 lbs is definitely going to be an issue for some people – especially if you have to take it up and down stairs. The $400 price tag will be a problem for some buyers as well. Lastly, I wish it had a retractable power cord. It can be a pain to wind up 40 ft of cord. Overall, the LG Kompressor Plus is a great vacuum, even with the few flaws it has. I’m giving it a 4.5 / 5 star rating.
