A vacuum cleaner review of the Panasonic MC-UG383 Lightweight Upright vacuum cleaner states: “The Panasonic MC-UG383 lightweight vacuum is more powerful than I originally thought. It has a pretty powerful 12-amp motor, which is great for being a lighter machine (it weighs 17 lbs). The unit comes with two extension wands, a dust brush and a crevice tool. They all come in useful, so I was happy to get them included. The bottom part of the vacuum is pretty wide, which is great for wide open floors, and the tools work well to get all the smaller corners and couches.

I do like this vacuum, but I definitely wouldn’t say it’s perfect. The first thing I have an issue with is how well it’s made. I haven’t had any problems with it yet, but you can tell a difference in construction quality if you have a more expensive machine. The Panasonic MC-UG383 lightweight vacuum cleaner also has a 25 ft cord - not really a problem, but I’m more used to a 30 ft one in my last cleaner. The last little gripe is about the look of the vacuum. It’s sky blue in color and doesn’t have the prettiest design to say the least. I guess my complaints are pretty minor. This unit is actually a very good buy, especially if you get it for under $100.”
